You don’t have to face it alone. In group therapy, you’ll find a space where your voice matters and where others understand what you’re going through, because they’re living it too.
“Will I be judged❓”
“What if I don’t know what to say❓”
“Can a group really help with something so personal❓”
These are valid fears. But here’s what often surprises people: group therapy isn’t about performing. It’s about connection. It’s about realizing you’re not the only one feeling this way.
✔️A safe space to be heard without pressure to talk before you’re ready
✔️Support from people who *get it*, because they’re walking a similar path
✔️Real-time tools for communication, boundaries, and emotional healing
✔️A licensed therapist guiding the process with care and skill
You’ll never be forced to share, and everything said stays in the room. It’s a structured, confidential space where healing happens through shared experience.
Group therapy at Clarity Counseling is a safe, confidential space where individuals with similar concerns come together to support one another—guided by a qualified therapist.
Here’s how it works:
Small Groups, Big Impact
Each group has between 6–10 members to ensure everyone has time and space to share and learn.
This intimate setting helps build trust, connection, and a sense of community.
Led by Experienced Therapists
Sessions are facilitated by licensed counselors who guide the discussion, ensure emotional safety,
and offer professional insights as the group explores shared themes.
Weekly Online Sessions
Most groups meet once a week via secure video call (Zoom or Google Meet).
Sessions last about 90 minutes and are scheduled at convenient times—including evenings and weekends.
Confidential and Respectful
What is shared in the group stays in the group. Members agree to maintain confidentiality and show
respect for one another’s experiences.
Focused Themes
Each group is designed around a specific need or topic. Current and past groups have focused on:
✔️Anxiety and Overthinking
✔️Grief and Loss
✔️Navigating Divorce or Separation
✔️Young Adults Figuring Out Life
✔️Self-Esteem and Identity
✔️Burnout and Work Stress
Affordable and Supportive
Group therapy is a cost-effective option with deep emotional value.
You get professional support and peer connection at a lower fee than individual therapy.
“Even just hearing someone else say what I’ve been thinking—that made me feel less alone.”
